After deduction of the areas sold to the flagship brands (hypermarkets or IKEA) and of the proportions reserved for financial partners, ALTAREA’s proportion of the investment relates to 308,400 m², or €700 million for the next 5 years, representing €70.6 million in rents.

Among projects under development, four were under construction as of 31 December 2004 :

Espace Saint-Georges in Toulouse (31)
The restructuring of a shopping complex opened in 1973 and located in the very centre of the city of Toulouse. Covering 14,500 m² GLA, the project includes the complete renovation of access to the centre, a major reshaping of the car parks, the creation of glass walls looking out over a new public garden and the arrival of new chains. Completion is expected in 2006.

Galerie de l'Hôtel de Ville in Châlons-en-Champagne (51)
The renovation of a shopping centre located in the town centre and covering 5,300 m² GLA, comprising a supermarket and shops. The opening is expected at the end of 2005.

Italie : Casetta Mattei Center in Rome
The completion of an out-of-town shopping centre in a district to the west of Rome. Covering 15,600 m² GLA, it includes the establishment of a CONAD-LECLERC hypermarket, 3 medium-sized and 50 small shops. The opening took place in May 2005.

Les Portes de Villeparisis (77)
The completion of a shopping village of 13 medium-sized shops with a home and leisure theme, covering a total of 33,100 m² GLA, together with two restaurants. The opening is expected in 2006.
