No proposal was made to the General Meeting held on 24 June 2005 to resolve to pay a dividend in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2004.

In accordance with its status as a listed property investment company (SIIC), ALTAREA intends to distribute a dividend in 2006 in respect of the financial year 2005, the amount of which will depend on its results and on its future development plans.
