To enable everyone to live in a more natural, beautiful and pleasant environment, we conceive, develop and market next-generation ecological buildings made of solid wood CLT with a low carbon footprint.

Our strategy

  • Continuously invest in R&D to develop and industrialize the most efficient solutions to reduce the carbon footprint of buildings.
  • Aim to meet at a minimum the 2028 requirements of the RE2020, for the well-being of future generations and the planet.
  • Expand our presence in the Île-de-France region, already present in more than 30 municipalities, to the entire national territory.

Our Strenghts

  • Our proven technological advancement in decarbonizing residential real estate (100% of our operations are BBCA certified)
  • The wide range of offerings across all residential asset classes and expertise in mixed and complex operations (restructuring, raising, bridging...)
  • Collaboration with leading architectural firms that combine elegance, lifestyle and ecological innovation.

Faced with the climate emergency, Woodeum committed 9 years ago to creating low-carbon residential buildings. We were pioneers in 2014. Our challenge now is to mobilize all the energy of our teams to achieve even more decarbonized construction for the well-being of future generations.
