Our strategy
- Continuously invest in R&D to develop and industrialize the most efficient solutions to reduce the carbon footprint of buildings.
- Aim to meet at a minimum the 2028 requirements of the RE2020, for the well-being of future generations and the planet.
- Expand our presence in the Île-de-France region, already present in more than 30 municipalities, to the entire national territory.

Faced with the climate emergency, Woodeum committed 9 years ago to creating low-carbon residential buildings. We were pioneers in 2014. Our challenge now is to mobilize all the energy of our teams to achieve even more decarbonized construction for the well-being of future generations.

Hosta
First residential operation built above the ring road. It comprises a housing complex for young workers with 114 units and a student residence with 100 units.

Nymphéa
Conversion of a currently operational Orange telephone exchange building into 91 housing units and retail spaces through the addition of extra floors.

Albizzia
Lyon's first low-carbon island. Mixed-use project of 15,000 square meters (offices, social housing, home ownership housing, shops) including a 53-meter high wooden tower with 16 floors (R+16).
