Successful induction

A three-day induction program awaits new employees after the digital "onboarding" process completed during their first days with the company. The opportunity to learn more about the company’s business lines, values and management culture.

Knowledge, culture and learning

The "Académie", our learning & development facility, is grounded in a strategic plan for skills development and designed to provide:

  • non-stop learning and development through "moments of learning" by way of learning formats and systems that are as varied as they are complementary: conferences, lunch & learn sessions, in-class or e-learning training, workshops given by business line experts;
  • encouraging staff to pool and transfer knowledge.

Innovating and anticipating

AltaFuture disseminates and pools innovation amongst teams, particularly when it comes to forward-looking conferences, events or presentation sessions forstart-ups.

Staying mobile

There are many opportunities to advance within the Group, which encourages internal mobility for employees after just two years of seniority. The very first Job and Internal Mobility Forum took place in 2019, giving employees a chance to network and learn about showcased business lines.
